RIDER INFORMATION

When you register on GoRace you will receive an entry form and event licence form. Please print, complete, sign, scan and email to  [email protected]

You will only receive entry confirmation when your forms have been processed and checked.

Cancellation are allowed. Refunds are only given upto 30 days prior to the event (midnight Thursday 25th June)

Entry is via the top gate only, check in and collect your wristbands and vehicle paddock pass. BA2 7RR

We operate a one way system, the bottom gate is exit and emergency services only.

TOP gate will be open for riders

1.00pm to 8.00pm Thursday 23rd July

9.00am to 10.30pm Friday 24th July

7.00am to 10.30pm Saturday 25th July

8.00am to 7.00pm Sunday 26th July

Included with your entry

1 Motor vehicle camping pitch (van and trailor, van and caravan or motorhome)

You can also bring a plus 1, free of charge if they arrive with you in YOUR vehicle.

If your plus 1 arrives in a second vehicle (other than a car) they will be charged £50 camping pitch fee. If you wish to park together you both need to park in the MIXED paddock. Cars are not permitted in the paddock and are parked in the car park near the entrance, free of charge.

Camping Paddocks

A) RIDER PADDOCK. Is for riders, 1 vehicle per rider

B) MIXED PADDOCK. Is for riders who have family, friends, mechanics etc with their own vehicle and you all want to camp together.

C) SPECTATOR PADDOCK. Is for spectators only. Bikes and riders can not camp in this area.

SIGNING ON, ALL RIDERS !

Riders over the age of 18yrs must sign themselves on. Riders under 18yrs must be signed on by a parent or guardian and a parental consent form needs to be completed.

Annual licences must be shown at signing on. If you do not have it with you, you will need to purchase an event licence at £15.

Hired transponders can be collected after you have signed on. If you have your own transponder please check the number is correct at signing on.

Friday 6.00pm to 9.00pm

Saturday 8.00am to 9.00am

Practice starts at 9.00am

There is a water tap on site for filling barrels only. We are not allowed to use it for washing bikes.
