PLEASE READ BEFORE ENTERING
Entries will open to members on Monday 26th May at 8pm and will open to non members at 8pm on Monday 2nd June.
Entries close at Friday 6th June 2025 at 4pm to allow for travelling time.
Withdrawals will be allowed on GoRace. No refunds will be granted after close of entry.
***ALL RIDERS ARE TO HAVE A TRANSPONDER***
Please make sure your Transponder number is on your entry form. It's saves us a lot of time as we allocate transponders to those without a number then have to change them on the day.
Hired Transponders are available at £10, plus a £20 refundable deposit on return of the transponder. Fees payable on the day.
If you are able to provide a Marshall for either half or a full day/both days please contact the Chief Marshall on [email protected] or call 07951359754. Your expenses will be paid at a set rate of £30 for half day and £60 for a full day.
Security will be on site Saturday and there is a charge of £5 per camper payable at signing on.

STRICTLY NO RIDING IN THE PADDOCK fines will be enforced
NO ELECTRIC BIKES, REVIS OR SCOOTERS please leave at home.
OPEN FIRES ARE NOT ALLOWED
KEEP DOGS ON LEADS and clear up anything they leave behind.
Anyone needing to use their motorized mobility scooter must do so at 5 mph when at the venue.
Please keep your children under your supervision and keep within the venue limits.
Please use the skip for all your rubbish or take it home with you.
The use of drugs will not be tolerated which includes smoking cannabis, anyone found doing so will be asked to leave the event immediately.
