(Some refunds—those issued shortly after the original charge—appear in the form of a reversal instead of a refund. In the case of a reversal, the original charge drops off the customer’s statement, and a separate credit is not issued.)

Because all banks handle refunds differently payments can take 5-10 days for your bank to process.
Please contact us if you have any querries after the 10 days have passed.
****Please ensure you are checking the account the payment came from for the refund going back. I get loads of people who forgot they paid on a different card and think they havent been refunded when its already gone back in.

If after 10 days you still cant see the account credit it could be for one of these 2 reasons..

Refunds can fail if the customer’s bank or card issuer has been unable to process it correctly. The bank returns the refunded amount to us and we add it back to your Stripe account balance. This process can take up to 30 days from requesting the refund
