Login to your account

From your dashboard page either (on mobile) click the red down arrow next to the event you wish to cancel or (on laptop) click  ‘more info and options’ .

Mobile users will see ‘Cancel Entry’ pop up if cancellations are still possible. if its not an option its too late to cancel your booking.

Laptop usersplease scroll to the bottom of the page and click ‘cancel’if available.

Refunds are automatically triggered if your cancellation comes within the club/promoters set time scale.

After the allowed time for refunds has passed please  contact the club/promoter directly to arrange a refund.
